IPTV not working? Common error codes and what they mean
When IPTV stops working the app usually gives you a number, not an explanation. Here is what the common error codes mean and how to clear each one.

When IPTV is not working, the app rarely tells you why — it gives you a code. Most of them fall into a handful of causes: a rejected login, a dead stream, a timeout or a network problem. This guide translates the common ones and gives you the fix.
IPTV players are not great at explaining errors. Here are the messages people see most and what to do about each.
'Playlist failed to load'
Almost always a typo in the M3U link or API login. A single wrong character breaks the whole list. Copy it again character by character.
'No stream available'
Two common causes:
- The channel is currently offline.
- Your device cannot reach the server — try another channel, then check your internet.
If every channel says this, restart your router and device.
'Authentication failed'
Your username or password is wrong, or the plan has expired. Check the login, and if it looks right, message us to check the line.
Endless buffering circle
Usually your connection, not the service. Switch to ethernet or move closer to the router, then raise the buffer size in the player.
'EPG load error'
The guide source did not load. Refresh the EPG in the playlist settings; the channels usually still work without it.
When to message us
If you have checked the login, restarted everything and still get the same error, send us a photo of the screen and we will sort it.
Screenshots help — a picture of the exact error saves a lot of back and forth.
